    Skate rentals available with a wide range of sizes. Or bring your own skates.

    Admission, rentals and season passes are available online for folks who want to plan ahead.

    Skating and Weather The loop may need to close during unsafe conditions example high winds.

    Updates on closures are shared on stories whenever possible.

  • The 2nd annual Vinyl Revival pop-up market will feature vinyl records and music memorabilia for every genre. Collectors will also offer special edition records. Audiophiles can explore music in the listening lounge in the Public Market. Open Daily 11:00am-9:00pm.

  • 3/29 2nd Annual Doxie Derby 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Skate Loop at Millcreek Common. After last year's howling success, the Doxie Derby returns…bigger, better, and setting  new records in wiener dog racing. Local Dachshunds aka Wiener Dogs aka Doxies will race for glory, prizes and belly rubs at this friendly competition on the 75-foot track. Don your Derby attire, celebrate the end of winter, and join us for an unforgettable race. Racer and Vendor Registration Full. This event is rain or shine Wieners just want to have fun!

MILLCREEK DOXIE DERBY

  • Millcreek Common and the Wasatch Front Wiener Dog Racing Association present the second annual running of the Wieners (and spinning of the vinyls)

    After last year's howling success, the Derby returns bigger, better and setting records in the world of wiener dog racing. Local Dachshunds aka Wiener Dogs aka Doxies will race for glory, prizes and belly rubs at this friendly competition on the 75 foot track at the Millcreek Common Skate Loop! Don your Derby attire, celebrate the end of winter, and join us for an unforgettable race.

    Doxie Check in: 3 - 4 pm

    First Heat: 4 pm

    The Doxie Derby will go on, rain or shine. Wieners just want to have fun! 

    Racer & Vendor Registration is full -you’re welcome to come to the event as a spectator. Dogs of all breeds are invited to join us to watch.

    Organizer’s have made some crowd-pleasing modifications sure to have your tail wagging. Introducing a live feed from the Derby Jumbotron, live brackets and a soon to be legendary kiss (boop) cam. Our 75 ft racing track is wider with elevated platforms and more room for humans to cheer on the furry racers:

    We’re buzzing with excitement to celebrate Earth Awareness Month! Learn about the incredible world of pollinators and the importance of sustainability at Millcreek’s Pollinator Palooza. Celebrate Millcreek’s status as a monarch city and enjoy a live butterfly experience, exhibits, and a pollinator artisan market with native plants, local honey, and more. The live butterfly experience is available with a $5 wristband, available at the cashier station.

    A terrarium is more than a tiny world enclosed in glass. It’s a relationship with nature. $30 fee includes everything needed to create a small thriving ecosystem, including a 250ml glass container with a ground glass lid, live moss, plants, substrates (gravel, horticultural charcoal, and soil), springtails, and instruction. To reserve your spot, please register in advance by paying a $10 deposit. You’ll pay the $20 balance when you check in the day of the workshop.

SUMMER DAY CAMP AT MILLCREEK COMMON

  • Summer Day Camp is back at Millcreek Common. This weekly 5-day camp is a unique chance for youth to learn, explore and play.

    Campers will enjoy roller skating, climbing wall instruction, and other activities on the Plaza at Millcreek Common. Activities are led by Millcreek Common's sports managers, who are specially trained in their respective fields.

    Age groups 6-8 and 9-12.

    Monday through Friday 9am-12pm

    9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Early drop off available starting at 8:30 AM)
