Applications are now open for the second annual Millcreek Farmers Market, held on Wednesday evenings in the heart of the community at Millcreek Common.

Millcreek Harvest Market 

Fridays October 3, 10, 17, 24 5 - 8 pm 

VENDING INFORMATION We have a total of 40 spaces available, with priority given to produce vendors. All other categories will be limited in quantity to create a well-balanced market.

The market will grow and expand as we increase the number of produce vendors. 

****Vendors at this market must be directly responsible for raising, making or producing the products sold here. No reselling or imported goods will be permitted.****

CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS & PRICING
Farms (Produce Only)   Vending Fee $25/day or $270.00 for full season

Farm (with Animal Products)   Vending Fee $25/day or $270.00 for full season This category includes honey, eggs, dairy, meat. Products must be processed according to USDA and/or UDAF regulations. 

Packaged and Value Added Products  Vending Fee 10% of net sales collected weekly. This category includes baked goods, jams, salsas, dips, etc... Products must be prepared offsite and packaged for sale according to UDAF guidelines. Vendors must show a current UDAF Food Establishment Certificate or Cottage Kitchen License, HB181 license and be in compliance with food safety standards for farmers markets. 


Prepared Food and Beverage Vending Fee 10% of net sales collected weekly This category includes cooking tents and beverage service and anyone preparing food onsite for immediate consumption.  Vendors must be licensed by and compliant with Salt Lake Valley Health Department Guidelines. Due to space constraints, food vendors will operate from 10' x 10' canopies. No food trucks. We appreciate any applicants that can demonstrate a seasonal menu incorporating local produce. 


Art and Crafts Vending fee is $25/day  All craft products must be handmade by the vendor. No reselling, MLM or imported goods. This category is limited to 5 booths/week.

Nonprofits  No charge The Market has set 2 tables/week for community organizations covering local issues, city programs, food access and nutrition. Nonprofits must provide a copy of their 501c3 application and donation solicitation must be pre approved.
