Sept. 18 -Quick Pickle with Slow Food Utah 

Make refrigerator pickles with Slow Food Utah. Quick pickling is a simple and fun way to preserve extra. At this workshop, you will shop the market and swing by the quick pickling station for a selection of brines, spices, and help from our volunteers.  

Mature kids are welcome with adult supervision.

The recommended donation is $5 for two jars and the accouterments.
